It is prepared by grinding natural, roasted or blanched hazelnut kernels to the desired thickness in accordance with the technique. 
The membrane ratio and humidity in the product are adjusted at the desired level.

It is prepared in sizes 0 - 1.5 mm, 0 - 2 mm, 1 - 3 mm.

It is used in cream, biscuit, pastry and bakery products.
